Terms and Conditions for Toyama Sightseeing Cruises’ Personal Reservation Service
(Scope of application)
Article 1 These terms and conditions apply to individuals who use the Service to make individual reservations of less than 15 persons (“Reservation Holder”). ) to individuals who use the Service to make individual reservations for less than 15 persons (“Bookers”).
Article 2 Through this service, a reservation can be made, changed, or cancelled for up to 15 individuals on the Matsukawa Cruise Boat.
(Use of the Service)
Article 3 The person making a reservation shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement when using the Service.
The contents of the services that can be provided by the Service are limited, and the User agrees not to request a reduction in fees or the provision of services beyond the limitations.
(Making a Reservation)
Article 4 The reservation in this Service is considered to be valid when the reservation holder completes the application procedure via the Internet and the operator notifies the holder of the reservation confirmation.
(Purchase of Tickets)
Article 5 The person making a reservation shall purchase a ticket at the Matsukawa Tea House (at the cruise ship gate) at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the reserved flight.
(Cancellation of Reservations)
Article 6 Toyama Sightseeing Cruise, Inc. Ltd. may cancel a reservation without prior notice if it is determined that the person making a reservation has violated this rule or has come under any of the prohibitions specified in the following article..
Article 7 In using the Service, the following acts are prohibited
Making a false or unfair application for a reservation.
Applying for a boarding reservation on behalf of another person without that person’s consent
Acts that unreasonably interfere with the operation of the Service and cause or may cause disadvantage to the Management Committee
Infringing on the rights of another reservation holder or a third party, causing damage to them, or any act that has the potential to do so.
Actions that violate or may violate public order and morals, or laws and regulations, or have the potential to do so.
Other actions that are deemed inappropriate by Toyama Sightseeing Cruise, Inc.
(Change or cancellation of boarding reservations)
Article 8 If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone, as this Service is not available.
Article 9 When a person making a reservation board a flight reserved through this service, he/she shall purchase a ticket at the Matsukawa Tea House (at the cruise ship boarding gate) at least 15 minutes prior to the departure of the reserved flight, taking the notice of reservation confirmation with him/her.
If the person making a reservation does not purchase a ticket at least 15 minutes prior to the reserved departure time of the reserved flight, the person making the reservation shall not be required to pay for the ticket at the Matsukawa Tea House (at the cruise ship boarding gate). Ltd. shall be deemed to have abandoned the reservation and the Toyama Sightseeing Cruise, Inc. shall cancel the reservation. However, this is not applicable if the person making the reservation contacts Toyama Sightseeing Cruise, Inc. However, this does not apply if the person making a reservation contacts Toyama Sightseeing Cruise, Inc. by telephone or otherwise.
Toyama Sightseeing Cruise, Inc. shall sell the boarding tickets for the boarding reservations cancelled in accordance with the preceding paragraph to other parties. The rate is based on the following. If you cancel on the same day, you will be charged 100% of the reservation fee. 14 to 8 days prior to boarding: 30%, 7 to 3 days prior: 40%, 2 days prior: 60%, the day before: 80%. No cancellation fee will be charged before the 15th day of the cruise. However, if the ship cannot be operated due to bad weather, ship failure, or the captain’s health condition (due to the customer’s request), we will not charge a cancellation fee. No cancellation fee will be charged (if not cancelled).
(Termination of service)
Article 11 Toyama Sightseeing Cruise, Inc. may temporarily suspend this service without prior notice in the event of server maintenance or in the event of an emergency and the reservation system must be stopped.
Article 12 Toyama Sightseeing Cruise, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any inconvenience or damage caused to a third party as a result of a person making a reservation using this service, and will take no responsibility for this matter.
Toyama Sightseeing Cruise, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any inconvenience or damage caused by a person’s inability to use this service for reasons specified in the preceding article or due to malfunction of the communication environment.
Article 13 Toyama Sightseeing Cruise, Inc. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions by notifying the person making the reservation by an appropriate method.
If a problem arises in the use of this service that is not stipulated in these terms and conditions, it shall be resolved in good faith between the parties concerned.
The present Rules shall come into effect on May 22, 2020.
